This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application, web application, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Enanpay, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This Privacy Policy complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and other applicable data protection laws in Nigeria. As we plan to expand to other African countries, we will update this policy to align with relevant regulations in those jurisdictions. This is information that can identify you, either directly or indirectly. We collect the following personal information when you voluntarily provide it or when it is generated through your use of the Platform:

  • Registration and Account Information: When you sign up for an Enanpay account, we will collect Personal Data as necessary to offer and provide the service you request. Depending on the service you choose, in line with regulatory requirements for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes, we may require that you provide us with your name, age, mother’s maiden name, gender, birthday, facial photo, residential address, ID information (photo, number), utility bill, email address, mobile number, social media handles and debit/credit card details to create an account. We will also require your NIN and/or your BVN in line with regulation and in furtherance of our KYC computation processes. We may also require you to provide additional, necessary personal details as you use our services.
  • Payment and Financial Information: To process withdrawals to local bank accounts or payments for utility bills or value-added services, we may collect bank account details, payment card information, or other financial details. These are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • Task and Survey Data: Information you provide when completing tasks (e.g., surveys, social media interactions, gaming) or client-created surveys, which may include opinions, preferences, or demographic details.

     

1.2 Non-Personal Information

This is information that does not directly identify you but helps us improve the Platform:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Enanpay, such as pages visited, tasks completed, time spent on the app, and interactions with ads.

  • Task and Survey Creation: To enable clients to create, manage, and analyze tasks or surveys for social media engagement, brand promotion, game downloads, or data collection.
  • Campaign Insights: To provide aggregated and anonymized data on task performance, survey responses, or user engagement to help clients measure campaign success.
  • Billing and Support: To process payments for client services and provide customer support.
